Pick a plan, keep your number or get a new one, and place your order.

Note: You cannot port if you're from AJK, changed ownership recently, or have used your current SIM for less than 60 days.
- Install the Onic App and sign up with your email.
- Choose a plan and tap “Transfer Number.”
- Fill in your personal and delivery details.
- Make payment and confirm order.
- For MNP, send “MNP” to 667, then forward the response to 76333.
- Porting takes 4 working days.
Purchasing a new line on Onic is very simple! All you need to do is:
- Visit our website or install the Onic Mobile App.
- Choose your desired base plan and click next.
- Create a new account using your email.
- Enter the OTP sent to your email.
- Provide your profile.
- Make payment via Credit Card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Account.
- Click “Submit” to complete the request.
- Your order will be processed and you’ll be contacted for ID verification.
- After biometric & ICCID scanning, your SIM will be activated within 2 hours.
Open the Onic App, go to “Activate Your SIM,” and use the scanner to scan the ICCID printed on your SIM. Alternatively, you can manually enter it.
A physical SIM is a plastic card inserted into your device. An eSIM is embedded in your phone and can be activated digitally. Please check your handset compatibility before purchasing an eSIM.
- Log into the Onic App.
- Go to Dashboard > “Usage Logs.”
- Choose Data, Voice, or SMS logs.
- Pick a time period.
- Click “Get Logs.”
- Check your email inbox for the report.

- Scroll to “Packages Available.”
- Select a plan.
- Make an online payment.
- The plan will be activated after successful payment.
